I own a few of these units. I have the 45 and 50 mm versions, both with and without the urethral tube. It's great. The 45mm causes some sting from the ring. If only it came in 47.5mm! During the day I apply Vaseline when wearing the 50mm version, and I've been using that one around the clock for months now. For swimming, I prefer the 45mm because my testicles tend to retract upwards, and my partner doesn't mind dealing with swapping them out if needed. Should I eventually get a brand strong enough for permanent attachment (PA), I'd want this model to match my A282 setup; that would make it ideal. I enjoy having the tube in place as it aids urination, though I only keep it inserted for brief periods to maintain hygiene. The spikes are interesting. Perhaps soon I'll request my partner lock them onto me. Fortunately, she hasn't insisted yet! Hope you find this helpful.
