Hi there. I’m from Denmark, so my English is a bit rusty:)

I need some advice on which belt to purchase. Currently, I’m wearing the My-steel shemale sports belt, but it is removable. I’ve attempted to adjust/re-fit it, but that didn’t solve the issue. So now I have a PA piercing installed in my penis to prevent pulling out with other belts. The question remains: which belt should I pick?

I really like the concept of a full-time belt where there’s no access at all. If possible, I’d prefer another full-wear belt. However, if that doesn’t meet my needs, I’ll settle for a standard belt. My main criteria are 24/7/365 wearability without requiring cleaning, and it must include a PA lock to stop pulling out. I’ve been considering the Carrara 2.0 belt, but I’m unsure if it’s truly better than the My-steel.

I also tried Behind Barz belts previously, though they lacked a PA option, so I could still pull them off. As an electrician, I move around quite a bit, but that hasn’t been an issue with the My Steel belt. Any suggestions?
