Greetings everyone. I hope things are good with you all. My testicles sit high and tight, my penis is on the smaller side (1-1.5 inches when soft), and I’m really frustrated because three times now one of my balls has slipped through the space between my cage and ring. It hurts a lot and honestly scares me from continuing. That said, I was considering getting a prince albert piercing and purchasing a new device. I have two questions: how does a small penis look in such an arrangement, can I find a chastity device that actually fits my dimensions, and do they truly prevent erections? To answer your question (or at least what I understand it to be): Yes, people make PA-enabled chastity devices in your size. Male Chastity Now offers one for a flaccid length of 1.5 inches and could likely go even smaller if necessary. Chastity devices do not stop erections entirely. A well-fitting device will limit you so that you can't get more than slightly erect, which means fewer nighttime issues and less mental frustration about being capable of getting hard—it's a bit of a mind fuck.

I've seen images of a PA "cage" on very small penises—it really looked like a thimble! (Check /r/chastity on reddit). They exist if that's truly the path for you. If your main issue is testicles slipping out, then before going extreme, see if you can narrow the gap between the cage and base ring—that might mean using a smaller ring or bending an existing metal one. Some members have suggested wrapping rubber tubing around the ring, or covering dental floss with clear nail polish—there are many ways to reduce that space.
