Lori Devices discussion

I’ve hit a bit of a snag that I could use some assistance with. Near the end of our marriage, my ex wife/mistress purchased a Lori chastity device (I believe it’s a size 5B, fitting through my Prince Albert piercing) and kept me locked while we were still together. After our split, she reluctantly unlocked me, allowing me to keep the device since she didn’t want it. I’ve continued wearing it on-and-off during some short-term relationships and often wear it even when single to maintain the habit. Unfortunately, I decided to leave it on for a vacation last month, and upon returning home, I couldn’t find the key anywhere - I turned my house upside down and contacted everyone I could think of, but no one has seen or handed in the missing item. I was looking at her website about getting a replacement key and it seems that my ex would have to request it on my behalf - is that correct? I called my ex to ask, but she is absolutely refusing to help - what are my options here? Thank you (I’m starting to get a bit desperate - not least of all because my company physical is coming up at the end of May and I’d rather not have to explain it, as I’ve never been locked this long before).
