Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

It feels like I’m struggling a bit to find the right device for my needs. The issue is that even though I don’t have excessive length, my girth is considerable; getting into devices with diameters around 1.5 inches (which appears to be the biggest standard size available) causes real discomfort. Does anyone know where I can locate or order cages with a wider diameter? Since I’m based in the UK, anything that ships here easily would be much appreciated.
