About a year and a half ago, I started my chastity experience. The CB-6000S was the first cage I chose, mainly due to the variety of rings and spacers it came with; I hoped this would help me find an ideal fit. Although I eventually found parts that suited me best, the comfort level never quite matched what I had anticipated based on reviews.
In my view, there are a few key issues affecting comfort with the CB-6000S:
First, the tube’s diameter is narrow enough to allow some tissue to squeeze through the slots on either side, which leads to occasional pinching.
Second, even though the ring edges are rounded, it retains a square cross-section shape rather than being fully circular, making it less comfortable than a round design would be.
Third—and arguably most significant—the way the tube and ring connect forms a crescent-shaped opening that confines the scrotum. From what I’ve seen, this setup tends to push the scrotum downward toward the widest part of the gap. This often causes the skin to bunch up and fold over itself, which is where my main discomfort originated.
Lastly, because of its length and angle, the tube can be a bit visible under clothes, so it isn’t as discreet as possible.
Since I couldn’t wear the CB-6000S continuously for more than a few days at a time, and noticing how different it was from the Holy Trainer V3 (HTV3), I decided to give the HTV3 a try. It arrived earlier this week. The moment I put it on, I realized immediately that it outperformed my previous cage in every aspect.
The only openings are at the tip of the tube and cause zero irritation. Its design is ergonomic, letting the tube point downward for a stealthier look under clothing. Plus, the ring has a round cross-section, which feels great. It’s also simpler with just two pieces (excluding the lock), a big plus over the CB-6000S. Most importantly, the space between the ring and tube is more consistent, allowing the scrotum to sit evenly around it without bunching up. I no longer experience pinching or binding pain. Over the past five days, I’ve worn it for about 23 hours daily (taking off only briefly to shower and exercise) with absolutely no soreness.
