Greetings. I’ve been watching from the sidelines for years, always dreaming about life in chastity. Recently, I got incredibly lucky by meeting and falling deeply in love with a wonderful Master. The last six months have been fantastic. She is beautiful, wise, generous, loving, and compassionate, and she treats me as something special. I often wonder how I managed so long without her; her grace toward me has been immense. However, we’ve hit one little hurdle… Male Chastity. We both want to make this a full-time part of my training, but despite our best efforts, we’re struggling to figure out the right way to set it up. Here’s where things stand; We own a CB-6000. Unfortunately, I lost one testicle to cancer about ten years ago, and I suspect that might be affecting how well the device works for me. The issue is that I keep slipping out of the cage. After doing extensive research online, I’ve realized that getting the ring size right is CRITCIAL, as is choosing the correct spacer. We started with the largest ring but now think the middle one is better. WE MIGHT need to go down another ring size, though I don’t believe so. The fit is already quite snug with the current middle ring, allowing VERY little movement around the scrotum. Regarding spacers, we chose the middle option for comfort while sitting. We plan to stick with that until our skin has had time to stretch and adapt to the device, after which we can switch to a smaller pin if needed. The recurring problem is this… The cage tends to twist clockwise. After sitting for a long time or sleeping through the night, it usually rotates about 90 degrees. When I try to rotate it back into place, the whole assembly often literally pops off, ring and all included. I am stunned! I never expected us to face this challenge. But we would love to hear other people’s opinions on what might be happening and how Master and I can resolve it. Could having only one testicle encourage that migration to the left? Does my remaining testicle get stretched into a position where it is prone to popping out of the ring? I’m not sure. It seems likely to me, but someone with more experience could probably explain exactly what’s going on better than I can. So any advice, assistance, or help you fine folks can offer Master and myself would be VERY gratefully appreciated. Thank you so much for your time. Curious.

I can't speak to the single-testicle factor specifically, but I can say that spacer size is crucial and still depends on ring fit. The ring itself doesn’t trap you; rather, it’s the gap between the tube and the ring that matters most. My usual recommendation: Choose a ring that feels comfortable (neither too tight nor too loose), then use a spacer that closes off the space between the ring and the tube so your testicle can't squeeze through there. You’re aiming for a gap around 3/8" (10mm), though this might vary slightly depending on how large your remaining testicles are, how full your scrotum is, etc.. Generally, larger rings pair with smaller spacers. When I was wearing my CB-6000, I used the second-largest or middle ring along with the smallest or second-smallest spacer. Once you wear it for a while, things will stretch and adjust, so you might need to tweak your setup accordingly. If you can’t find a configuration that works well, consider alternatives. One option is getting a PA piercing and switching to a device like the PA-5000, Lori’s, or SteelwerksExtreme models, since those aren’t ball-trap designs (though some rings are used to help support weight off the piercing). Another alternative could be a belted setup similar to Chastity Steel/Fetish-Felix options (like my avatar shows) or a full belt like NeoSteel's "Arch".

With looser underwear, my CB6000s also rotates clockwise. My mistress has me wearing her old panties right now so it rotates and presses against my thigh. I’ve created an elastic waistband with a loop that passes through the lock to keep everything straight. Hopefully soon she’ll allow me to wear something tighter.
