I’d like to ask all the pierced men who use shaft-only, base-ring free chastity devices about how you find your perfect fit.

1. How far back from your glans ridge do you prefer your cage? By this I mean: are you completely satisfied with your current setup, or is there something you’d tweak? Specifically, how much extra coverage behind the corona of your glans penis would you want or need?
2. Is your frenulum covered up or left exposed? If you’re circumcised, does the cage extend back to meet your scar line?
3. Do you wear your device with all skin retracted completely? Or halfway, or in its natural state? Alternatively, do you pack as much surrounding skin around the glans as possible within the limits of the device?
4. What is your lowest level of flaccid restriction, and at what point along the shaft does it occur? Does the cage merely make contact with your flesh while soft, or press into it more firmly? Does it just lightly touch the skin? How much tighter than your natural flaccid diameter/circumference did you size yourself up to fit? By “where,” I mean: where is the tightest spot along the penis itself? Is there a straight tube with contact occurring at the thickest part of the shaft, or somewhere else? Or is restriction concentrated at the rear end? I’m referring here to how it feels while you are actually wearing it. A Lori device can be quite heavy and tends to stretch your lengthwise dimensions out longer and thinner. By contrast, a 3D printed model feels practically weightless. I’ve tried Steelworks Extreme Schandmaske, Steelwerks Tube Jackets, Securo Cages, MaleChastityNow GlansArmor alongside MouseTraps, Evotion Bijou, numerous numbered Lori devices, the PA-5000, RigidChastity Impalers, and others. Actually, I’ve worn every single one of those except for the Steelworks Extreme models. They all seem to settle into a different natural position. What have you got? What do you like about it? How tight does yours need to be, and where along your shaft is that pressure felt? There isn’t much guidance out there specifically for fitting shaft-only devices. The designs vary widely, yet there must surely be some shared principles of fit. Please share your personal experiences.

I’ve been wearing an Evolution Bijou with a frenum piercing for just over a year now, mostly around the clock. It fits perfectly and feels excellent; I’m unable to achieve erections at all. It works well for me.
