Full Belts discussion

I’ve had a Chinese belt for some time now (the paste isn’t cooperating on mobile, but I’ll fix the link tomorrow) and it’s been quite good so far. Once everything is dialed in, it sits comfortably; the tube is substantial enough to be proof against a vibrator, and modifying it doesn’t prove difficult. That said, there are a few points where I could use some advice.

I’m considering trying other belts, so any recommendations would be appreciated.

Here are my questions. The biggest annoyance for me is how thin the waist belt is, which hurts both security (it’s made of relatively cheap metal) and comfort due to its slim profile. Does anyone have tips on handling this? I initially thought about stacking two waist belts together with screws, but worry that the holes might not align perfectly when they overlap. Another idea was to flatten out the waist section, measure it up, and perhaps pay for a CNC-machined thicker version, though that could stretch my budget significantly. At that cost, getting a nice custom belt seems like just as good an option.
