I placed my order a few months back; they were somewhat slow to answer, though not excessively so, and it arrived on schedule.

Lately I’ve worn the belt intermittently. There are a couple of issues (primarily that I can pull out), but minor tweaks should sort them out easily enough. When I emailed them about this, their response time dragged—taking around a week between answers—and after I followed up to confirm replacement details, they went silent for another two months or so. I nudged them a few times during that quiet period.

Has anyone else had trouble reaching them? Do you have any advice? It’s particularly annoying because the fixes needed are small but critical.
