It’s day one for me wearing a chastity device. My girlfriend and I are total beginners here. I signed up to see what others get up to and how they use their devices. I just purchased the CB2000, fitted with the smallest ring and pin since I can remove my cock on larger rings. Currently, my balls look darker because of the tight fit. Is there a way to remain locked without purchasing the Point of Intrigue?

Honest opinion, with my CBs you can usually pull out from the back. It's best to use a larger ring so you don't cut off circulation to your balls. As long as they stay stuck between the cage and the ring, you're safe. The KSD is another solid option for security inserts. To make a CB-style device truly secure in my experience, you need a PA piercing combined with a PA cable.

I'm with SlaveKris on this one, though keep in mind that while a PA cable acts as a deterrent, they can be snipped easily enough if you have the right tools. I had no other choice but to use it during an emergency once. There's also talk of a DIY approach for CBs involving a noose setup around the glans which tightens up when the penis is pulled or slips back. Other members might know more about this, but since I don't see much discussion on it here, perhaps it isn't very effective. A PA piercing is great though; don't dismiss it just yet.
