Hello everyone. I’m preparing to start what I hope will be a long-term chastity journey for my partner, and I could use some guidance on picking the right cage. I gave the CB6000 a shot but found it lacking for extended wear—I really dislike how enclosed it feels and worry about hygiene buildup, so an open design is more appealing to me. I’ve also experimented with several stainless steel models; while they look nice, they can be somewhat heavy. Since I haven’t had custom ones made yet, the standard sizes tend to pinch in awkward spots.

My priority is finding something light and flexible enough for gym workouts without being too bulky under shorts. Because I don’t have piercings, I need a ball trap style, and I’m considering either a silicon Birdlocked Classic or Mini, or perhaps an Evotion Orion made of nylon.

Could anyone share their experiences with these models? Specifically, do you anticipate chafing issues during activities like cycling on an exercise bike or performing squats…? Are there other suggestions?

Perhaps I should just get pierced and opt for a straightforward cage such as the Evo Bijou—what are your thoughts on that approach?

Thank you all in advance for your advice—I really appreciate it.

Best regards

for long term use: avoid plastic and silicon; stick to metal higher rigidity is preferable select a very narrow model don't worry about a "heavy" Cb. that weight actually serves as a reminder:) experiment with various Chinese cb options (varying length, model type, integrated pad or not, round vs. open ring...) to find the right fit for my personal use and cycling: an anatomical ring works best
