Hello,

I’ve been testing a CB600s for some time, and my wife suggested that a steel cage might look better. We made the switch to steel (with a solid ring), but I struggled with inserting myself into it. My guess is that my testicles sit lower in my scrotum than average (at least most days). In videos showing people putting on devices with solid rings, the men usually have relaxed scrota with their balls hanging somewhat loosely, which makes maneuvering them through easier. After about five minutes of wrestling with it, I gave up and discarded that device.

Currently, I’m using a hinged model with a 45mm ring that fits reasonably well, though putting it on is time-consuming. It often requires several attempts to hold the sides together, position the cage correctly, align the pins, grab the key, only for me to exclaim “Oh no, it fell apart… try again.” Plus, even when I get it right, skin sometimes gets caught somewhere, forcing a restart.

So my question is: Are there any of you with similar anatomy (balls sitting closer to the body) who have mastered getting into a solid ring? Did I quit too early? Should I consider upgrading from my 45mm hinged one to a 50mm solid version? Also, are there any videos featuring guys with tight balls successfully donning a solid ring?

Thank you in advance for your advice.

The sac being pulled taut is the body's natural response to cold. If she locks you up like that just endure it with a smile. You might feel some discomfort. However, if your routine involves locking yourself in daily, take the ring into the hot shower with you.
