Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I’ll begin by mentioning that I’ve already visited the doctor and have an ultrasound set for a few days from now. After doing some digging, it looks like the lump is located near my upper epididymis. It’s likely either congestion or a cyst, neither of which requires treatment. The doctor concurred with my assessment but ordered the ultrasound just to be sure. My question here: has anyone else dealt with swelling or congestion in the epididymus due to edging and long-term denial? This lifestyle doesn’t get much attention in medicine because we value our privacy, so doctors often lack insight. That said, the male doctor who joined my regular female physician—for accountability and to reduce awkwardness lol—was very quick to recognize ‘edging’ when I described it lol, which makes me think he might be a bit quirky himself. He actually suggested forums for others to offer their input lol. So yeah, has anyone experienced this? If not, the lump is probably just a cyst (I’m repeating that because if you’re reading and wondering: no big deal, doesn’t need treatment). I’ll find out soon. Mostly hoping to connect with people who’ve had similar issues.
