I’m torn between picking up either the London Tower or one of those Sissy cages. I lean toward the latter because the low-profile concept appeals to me. There are two things holding me back from fully committing, though. Any feedback from people who have practical experience would be greatly appreciated…

To start with… my main worry is that the cage sits at a steep angle right against the scrotum, which might make it tricky to clean and keep healthy during long term lock ups. I’d love to hear from anyone experienced about maintaining hygiene in a Sissy cage over extended periods. Since I can go weeks without access sometimes, keeping my skin healthy is key.

Secondly, linked to that extreme downward angle, is how your penis handles an erection. Does it create an uncomfortable bend?

Sorry if these seem like silly questions, but both my current and past cages (Chinese steel, mm jailbird, and cb6000s) sat more “out in front”—closer to horizontal rather than tucked down low. I’ve made enough costly mistakes ordering chastity cage units before that I want to get it right this time.
