I bought this in August 2019 straight from Fetish-Felix over in Germany. I haven’t been able to use the belt yet because my living situation changed, but I’d be glad to share the experience (or the absence of it) with another fellow chastity fan.

The photos show that the build quality and finish are top-notch, and the gentle silicone interior makes it good for wearing around the clock. With the security bow included, the belt is very hard to escape from. Lots of seasoned players say the CS-500 offers the best comfort and hold they’ve ever tried.
