Hello everyone,
I’ve been wearing my device in a 24/7 chastity setup for four days now, and I’m feeling quite desperate. I have always wanted to use an aluminum pop rivet to secure my cage, and with the Jailbird, that idea is finally becoming possible. Has anyone tried securing their devices this way? Also, what drill bit or removal tool would you recommend in case of an emergency?
I plan to stick exclusively with aluminum; I’ve heard they loosen over time and can be easily removed using basic hand tools.
Any tips are welcome.
Riveting is definitely a bold move. I've considered it myself, along with applying superglue to the keyhole or simply tossing the **key** into the river. However, the most important thing is ensuring the cage remains comfortable for long-term wear. My current metal cage has some rough spots where the front part meets the ring. I thought grinding and sanding those down would fix them, but after a week of Locktober, one spot still scratches and pinches, making what should be a comfortable device painful. Since my **key** is safe in its lock box until November 1st, I am stuck for three more weeks:( In my view, a secure **lock** box that prevents opening until the set date functions practically just like a rivet. I use the Chastikey app, which works perfectly. Are you still locked up? How many days of continuous wear have you achieved? If you decide to **lock** your cage with a rivet, please share some pictures and let us know how it goes!
