Novices and newbies discussion

I have a lot of experience with chastity devices but I’ve never purchased one featuring a plug. My concern has always been long-term use and whether it leads to irritation or UTIs. Do any of you utilize plugs? If yes, which gadgets do they go in? Also, what’s the maximum duration for wearing them?
