So I went to the cinema with my family today… We’ve been holding off on wearing our cages while we wait for a new one. My current cage has developed a sore spot and it’s been really irritating, so that’s mostly why. Last night I passed out on the sofa, leaving my SO no choice but to leave the device sitting on the floor nearby in case I wanted to give it another try when I woke up. Since I didn’t want the roommates finding our cage lying about if they got home early, I tucked the main unit into one pocket along with the keys and lock, while keeping just the ring in the other.

By the time we reached the cinema there was a little wait before showtime started. Naturally, we headed to the arcade area first, where I grabbed some tokens for us. While my dad and brother were standing right next to me, I was digging through my pockets looking for more tokens and pulled out a handful of items including our cage. My dad remarked something like “look at all that junk in your pocket,” then as I kept searching, the keys with the attached lock tumbled onto the floor. He said, “and you’re losing your keys too.” Inside my head it was just one of those moments where I thought, yup, that actually happened, wondering if he realized what it was. Fortunately, I don’t think our brother noticed them drop. So yeah, my SO thinks they probably didn’t fully realize but knowing how my dad works, he most definitely knows…

Do you WANT to be outed - like is that part of your fetish? I'd guess that they would not have recognized a typical device for what it is. This isn't a very widespread fetish, from my observation. I don't think most people know what a cage is.
