Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

I’ve been searching for a while now to find the right fit, but nothing seems quite right. I’m using an A274 with rings of 50mm and 45mm. The 50mm ring tends to slip off when I am completely soft and feels generally loose. On the other hand, the 45mm restricts blood flow to my scrotum when I get erect inside the cage, though it sits a bit loosely when I’m flaccid. I definitely fall into the “grower” category.

My main worry is about using the 45mm ring and restricting circulation for too long. Also, I don’t want to sleep with it because I am a heavy sleeper; I fear that restricted blood flow during sleep could lead to lasting damage.

I’m working on self-control to help break an addiction that has been present since as far back as I can remember. Finding a cage that fits well without risking permanent harm is the first step, and it seems difficult to locate one. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you get past it?
