Greetings everyone:

My penis shrinks to roughly an inch when soft and about 4.5 inches when erect. I gave the Holy Trainer Nub a try; the internal space was just right. The issue is that my testicles turn purple while wearing it, so I switched to the Vice Mini. It works in theory, but because my penis shrinks enough to slip past the anti-extrusion mechanism, when I become erect, it can’t push back through the guard all the way to the front tip of the cage.

Does anyone know other cages suitable for a guy with a 1-inch flaccid small penis???

Have you checked eBay for their affordable options? I tested several before finding one that worked well.
