Online chastity and self locking discussion

Okay, my session ran out and I hit the button labeled “End Session”. Instead of closing out, a message popped up telling me “You have to verify your session to decrease the time left” The problem is that the area showing the remaining time is blocked by another button also marked “End Session”. Since I’m fairly new here at Emlalock and can’t access their wiki (help) section because my browser flags it as unsafe, could someone clarify exactly what the Verify step involves?
