Just out of curiosity - what ring size do you typically use for the CB6000? There are several options if you change sizes. Like a lot of people, I usually stick to two rings. My “standard” one just broke and I had to rush off to get a replacement! The customer service from Mr Miller in the US has been excellent - unlike the UK shop. They were willing to sell me another ring but have been slow to answer my requests for replacing this 3-month-old broken piece. No reply yet to emails or messages regarding the purchase of the new one. (Update - the vendor got back to me, asking that I mail the broken parts so they can send a replacement from their US stock.) It could be useful data - assuming nobody has looked at this already.
Dolly began with a 2" ring and worked her way down to 1.75" over the course of a year. What size do you need, carrie? ***dollyanne***
So far I've been using the largest ring with the second-largest spacer, but today I finally managed to wear the second-largest one.

Well Dollyanne, I use the smallest spacer but require the largest ring size, which is quite tight - although last week I tried wearing the next size down for a day and it felt like my circulation was being cut off! Then when I switched back up to the larger size, the ring snapped. So now I'm enduring Ring 2 until the postman hopefully brings tomorrow's delivery! It's interesting that you've managed to go smaller over time - well done!
I use the second-largest ring with the second-smallest spacer. Considering my daily temperature swings from +40°C down to as low as -6°C, I need that extra room so my testicles can move around; otherwise, I get intense pain.
I just switched down to the second-smallest ring today. When I started with the largest ring about three weeks ago, it was so wide that I could barely get my legs close enough together to press both the clutch and brake at the same time while driving. I've been steadily moving down to smaller rings to make things more comfortable and stop them from digging into my leg sides.
I'm using #4. The #3 pinches under my testicles when I get an erection. That pinching sensation is a sharp pain for me. I can handle most of the other issues.
I use the largest ring and the largest spacer. Madam finds it amusing to watch my attempts to get the device on. It always takes at least half an hour of fiddling with lubricant, using q-tips wisely, and carefully positioning everything to slide the ring into place. A slightly larger one might actually work better. Big testicles, small penis.
Currently I'm getting used to my first device. I tried #2 and it felt snug but a little too tight, so I've gone with the largest one.
I use the largest size, which feels a bit snug but I'm sure I'll get used to it. It's wearable though (I have huge testicles...).
I use ring #3 but can't believe it's 45mm - that size in other devices I've used has been too large. Ignore me, just chiming in on this ten-year-old thread.

Number 4
I want to know who uses number 5, and do you use it with the shortest spacer? I use number 1 with the shortest spacer.
Ring No. 1 for me, and I am gradually reducing the gap between the tube and ring using spacers. My anatomy doesn't allow me to use smaller rings; actually, my size is around 55/55 mm.
I find that with the smaller ring size I need a bigger spacer for the gap. If I use the 2-inch one, it goes on without any spacer. With my CB600S and no spacer, the cock goes right to the end, so most of the time, the 1-7/8 inch ring with a small spacer works best for me.
