Difficulties with wearing a device? discussion

I’ve discovered that when I’m flaccid, my cage rests comfortably close to the skin. However, during an erection, it tends to drop down significantly!

I gave a smaller ring a try, but it hurt too much. Does anyone here use a belt or chain around their cage to keep it secured against the body?
