Chastity and orgasm denial discussion

Hi there! I’ve been lurking for a while and this is my first real post.:) I know this book has sparked some debate, but I want to gather as much reading material as possible to show my wife, so I’d like to give it a shot too. When I tried purchasing it, the checkout on her website failed me. It’s nowhere to be found on Amazon either. Not sure what steps to take next! If you have one or know where to get it, that would be great.
