I have a few questions before I purchase a Neosteel measuring kit and later an Arch belt.

• What is the shipping method for Neosteel belts and measuring kits? The return address label—does it look discreet?​
• Is there anyone here with an Arch setup they are particularly satisfied with? My plan involves a System hipband featuring ergo-rear, paired with a closed climate tube that has the updated white interior.​

The one I received arrived in a brown cardboard box measuring 400x300x75mm. The shipping label clearly showed Neosteel GmbH along with their address. There was nothing about it indicating what was inside, and it went via DHL. I find the Arch excellent, as is my she male device. Unfortunately, I suspect my measurements aren't quite right, which limits me to wearing it for only a few hours at a time. I hope to visit Neosteel soon to get this resolved. Claire x

Claire is absolutely correct regarding the shipping... it is discreet ... only those who follow chastity will be able to guess what's inside just by looking at the return address;-) I haven't used an Arch myself since I have a shemale belt. You might want to wait until **gweny** sees this thread, as they are arguably the world’s biggest fan of the arch ... Yes, mine also arrived in a plain brown box. Both the return address and the billing address appearing on your card or bank statement are discreet, so no issues there.......the only problem people seem to have with Neosteel (myself included) is getting measurements wrong, but when that happens Mende handles corrections very well even if it was our fault..... I recently switched from my Neosteel Arch back to the CS100 belt, though this is just personal preference and doesn't reflect poorly on the Neosteel product. Their reputation and quality are excellent and truly deserved.....

Hey! The question was regarding the measuring kit - not the belt itself. My belt arrived in the box described earlier, but the measuring kit came in a brown envelope (B5 format - 17x25cm). The envelope got damaged - torn roughly in half, likely because the postman struggled to fit it into his mail cart. Since he couldn't force it through, he brought several pieces to my door and my father (who was visiting us for several days) received them. So the contents were: some nylon straps and a second envelope containing papers and a CD-ROM. Nothing particularly remarkable. My big surprise: nobody asked what it was. The envelope looked discrete enough, just like its contents:-) (hopefully my father isn't a strong English reader) If someone is curious they can search the Internet for "Neosteel", but the package, packaging style, and content are not anything unusual. No pictures or photos inside, just CD and some papers: OrderForm, Invoice (in German & English), Right of Revocation letter. Complete discretion. Am I happy? Not sure yet. I have the same belt as gweny now for over a month and I still can't wear it continuously beyond 2 days at a time. It is comfortable enough, but some chaffing on my testicles and perineum causes too much skin damage (so roughly 1-2 days of wearing + 3-5 days of healing). Have you contacted Neosteel about your concerns?? I had similar chaffing issues initially. Once I tried everything else, I emailed them, and they quickly provided the cure. So don't hesitate—just get in touch with Neosteel and start enjoying your new belt. It does take some time for your body to adjust to wearing steel, but once it has, it's wonderful. I miss mine whenever I'm loose. Which isn't much anymore.. Missy Tanya

Cheers X[/QUOTE] hi there,, i know mr. mende loves to see all his clients happy with the product and that is a fact...i don`t understand why, but I think your measurements might not be quite right or perhaps some bending adjustments are needed.. i started with the T/V sports belt,with the old fashion profiles and lucky enough i changed step by step to the masterpiece system,,no profiles at all and i coped with my masterpiece T/V belt very well for about 3 years .. 2 years mr. mende asked me if i would be interested in a new design,, the "ARCH",,from day one i was absolutely impressed,with the comfort,design and everything.. a year ago i needed a new hip band,,a smaller one because i lost +- 15 kg ...my beloved "ARCH" went back to germany to shorten the steel cable for about 2cm and in the meantime I used my T/V modules .. it worked fine with the new smaller belt,,the "ARCH" came back and since then i am back in the "ARCH" while my sportmodul from the T/V is on its way to germany for shortening..i wear my "ARCH" every day, every night without any hassles ..whether masterpiece or T/V,there are differences but it's just a matter of getting used to them .. here comes another point......TO GET USE .... i know,, everyone of us is different,,OK ...some of us wearing the belts for a day or two...and then put the belt away...there is a stage where one has to get use and the body gets adapted to the belt or to the restriction and that won't happen if you only wear it for hours or a day or two... maybe i was lucky.... i got my first belt 5 years ago,,wrong measurements and i had to send it back to germany....the adjusted belt arrived and my K/H insisted i was wearing the belt from now on permanently..i don`t think i have been once without the belt since those days...i got use to it and for me it is more difficult to be without the belt....mentally and physically...sorry.... we made a trip to germany and during the flight I went without "MY" belt...back to the issue ..don't buy expensive chastity belts if they end up in the drawer.. wear them,get use to them,,yes it takes time,,sometimes you have to ignore a red spot on your skin or a little pinch,, so what...even i found out,in the morning the belt wears more easy than in the evening,,,i am on my legs all day from 7 in the morning till 11 or 12 at night...the belt feels different depending on time of day,, little weight gains like form of couple of beers or heavy dinner affects the belt,,,just ignore it,or behave when dining or parting...as i mentioned earlier,,, the belt is not stretchable and your body has to cope with it,, the body will,,it takes time,patience and tolerance...it is trug,,i am in the T/V or "ARCH" every day and night, for me works well and that under our climate conditions here in africa!! i hope my explanation could help a bit!!... om namibia from GWENY:snail:

Stupid me! I didn't contact Neosteel - good idea - thanks for that and thanks gweny for your suggestions. Yes - this can be bending related, and for sure I need to adapt also: a month isn't so long, so I should write not happy YET. The sizing seems to be OK, but the bending is something I still work on. Here's my question: did you do the bending in 3D (hard to explain in English - TWIRL belt)? My lower section is a bit wider/thicker so the belt strap shouldn't (?) remain perfectly vertical everywhere (but from the other side I'm not sure if it will be possible - could twisting in one place cause deformation elsewhere?).
