I just picked up a new Steelheart from Steelworxx, complete with the rubber fixing. It’s incredibly comfortable. I had some initial concerns about how heavy it would be, but those vanished once I got it locked on. Previously, I used the CB6000, though I always worried it might split.

This one costs roughly double what the CB6000 does, yet it fits well in both length and diameter. It’s also built to handle more stress. The only drawback is that the hole for the lock is quite small, requiring an extremely tiny lock.

I had it sent over to the US…it got here pretty quickly and without any issues. All in all, I’m happy with this purchase.

Photos aren't really my strong suit, but Steelworxx's site has some excellent pictures over at The fixing information is located under the CB extra section of their website. After 24 hours of wear, I still find it very comfortable.

I also looked into Gerecke's belts. They have some really interesting options too, though they run a lot more expensive than Steelworxx's offerings. If you don't mind paying the extra cash, I'd definitely recommend checking out what they have to offer.
