This is borderline for strangulation when fully erect, but poses no problem while flaccid. Therefore, I only need about 5mm clearance over the smallest side of my testicle diameter. That's a very tight fit achieved through practice. In comparison, the birdlocked measures just over 1-12/16 inches across. Wearing it feels effortless for me now, but putting it on remains difficult because that damn collar is so wide. Practice and measure carefully. It’s possible the 45mm is indeed too small for you, though those are certainly impressive testicles.
