1. To get the Arch (which costs $688 US or 530 EUR), must I also purchase the accompanying Hip band ($415.5 US, 320EUR)?
2. What is the method for urinating while wearing it? It doesn’t appear to have an opening at the tip. Thanks beforehand!:tortoise:

I've done some research and Neo Steel seems to be the top choice. They haven't replied yet; is their customer service typically this slow? Does anyone have photos of the back side? Thanks,
