PA5000 discussion

Hey everyone, Following up on the title question, what sizes are you all rocking?? If you’ve experimented with a few different options, let us know which one worked best for you. Cheers!!

I gave the 1.25" clear acrylic tube from my Exobelt X1 a go and wore it through most of an afternoon. It felt nice enough, though occasionally a bit loose when completely flaccid. I suggest popping into your local hardware store and picking up some 1.25" PVC plumbing fittings. They're reasonably priced, so you can cut and sand a piece to roughly match the PA-5000's dimensions and shape as a test run. This should help clarify whether the 1.25" size fits well, is just slightly oversized, or is way too large.

However, it cracked because of lock jamming, so I bought another one in a similar size, which also ended up cracking due to the same issue. I had to make some modifications; I removed the front bars since my glans wouldn't sit properly "in" or "out." Additionally, I filled in the new first holes because my foreskin swelled significantly when keeping it pulled back for wearing the PA5000. These days, things have improved. I'm now using the 1.125 version with my glans settled fully out. The foreskin swelling has subsided too. The stress and positioning on the glans differ with the smaller size; I can use standard hooks now. With the larger cage, I needed to adjust the hook angle more upwards. The only downside to the smaller one is that putting it on requires a bit more effort:)

Most of the time I wear the tight but manageable 1.125" tube. However, for weekends or special treatment days, I switch to the 1" PA-5000. With the medium-sized tube, masturbation isn't an option because the swelling causes moderate pain. With the smallest PA-5000, it feels a bit like my KTB; I have to stay small and avoid thinking about anything xxx-related for fear that even slight swelling brings heavy pain.
