After testing out the Curve and CB3000, I decided to give an affordable chastity device one final shot. The Exobelt Extreme finally showed up after more than a month of waiting. I was all set to share another detailed review here, but spending ninety minutes fiddling with the components left me with sore, numb balls and no real security in place. It’s hard for me to see how everything can physically fit into or through this thing! Maybe my package shape just isn’t a match for what’s out there, so I might as well quit while I’m behind. I really admire you all who manage it.

Once the ache and irritation (though not in that pleasurable way) die down, I’ll give it another try.

Hi Tomaz, I’ve been playing with the Extreme for a bit now and think it’s the most comfortable one I’ve used. Here is what worked for me: I swapped out the two pins for 1/4"x3" threaded hex bolts, using nuts (no pun intended) to keep the spacers secure. This basically turns the bottom plastic part into a U-bolt setup, eliminating any loose parts rattling around. It took several attempts to find the right spacer combination for my shape, so expect some trial and error over a few days. Also, it takes about 2-4 weeks to get used to how it fits. Plan on wearing it one day off (or two or three) at first. Adding another pair of nuts clamps the bottom piece against the U-bolt, stopping any sliding around. I find that loose pieces are what cause pinching and pain. If everything is tight together but leaves enough room for blood flow, it shouldn’t hurt much at all. I also noticed that tightening both top and bottom too closely makes urinating difficult—a definite no-no! By adding a nut and spacer between the upper and lower clam shells, plus another nut on top, I keep the whole package rigid. This spacing allows enough room for peeing while still keeping things locked in tight. However, this is definitely dependent on personal size. Best of luck.
