CB Range discussion

Hello everyone, I recently began using a CB6000s. I’ve noticed some pinching occurring after wearing it for several hours. It doesn’t start immediately; usually, it happens when I’m putting it on initially, and I correct that right away. The issue seems to appear around the 4 or 5-hour mark. Adjusting helps temporarily, but the sensation returns later.

I also wonder if this is normal or if my ring or spacer might need changing?

Another thing bothering me is how warm my testicles get. Fortunately, there’s no pain, tingling, or numbness involved. Once I take it off, everything feels fine again. Does that sound typical as well?

Achieving the right fit for your specific anatomy can be a bit of a challenge. Non-custom devices like yours don't always match every body shape perfectly. For instance, I need a significantly larger base ring than what comes standard on most non-custom models. If you experience a "burning" sensation around the base ring (particularly at night due to nocturnal erections), it likely means the device is too small for you. If you keep having fit problems with your CB-6000, I suggest looking into Mature Metal and their product line.

i own the cb6000s and it only takes a bit of time to find the right setup. you could start with the biggest ring paired with the tiniest spacer, then adjust as needed, bear in mind that after wearing it for several months you might need to swap rings, i recently switched to a smaller ring size myself and found it works best.
