My routine involves wearing it sixteen hours daily; I remove it at night while keeping my hands and feet bound to avoid self-stimulation. Even though I find it quite comfortable, I wouldn't say there's a single minute where I "stop thinking about it" or lose awareness of its presence. cuck jamie
