I picked it up last week and realized I measured incorrectly, so the fit is a bit tight. Here are the specs:

Ring Style: Oval Cage/Ring Gap: 3/8” Gap Cage Length: 2 1/2” Length Ring Size: 1 5/8” Ring Cage Diameter: 1 1/8” Dia. It includes a spike strip along with three anti-pullout pins (small and medium blunt, plus one small spike). I paid $395 originally but am open to letting it go for $350; however, any reasonable offer is welcome.
