Got a Birdlocked chastity device in the mail on Friday and have been struggling to figure out how to wear it ever since. I’ve gone through all the threads here with that title, plus the website directions, but haven’t found a method that clicks for me yet. Like most other buyers, I’m stuck on getting the cock ring part right. When I follow the instructions, after the first testicle slips through the fairly thick ring, there’s no room left for the second one, which then tends to retreat into my body cavity. From what I’ve picked up online, this seems pretty common, though it looks like most folks just give up before solving it.
I’ve dedicated about four or five hours experimenting with different approaches and am mostly out of new ideas now. Any advice? Has anyone else dealt with the same issue? I definitely want to be fair in my review after giving it a serious go, but right now it’s leaning toward a strong thumbs down.
Here is the method that worked for me... Below is an outline based on the manufacturer’s guide, with my own adjustments (starting right at step one). **1. Before putting on the sheath, we recommend you lubricate the inside of the ring and sheath to make the introduction easier.** 1. Wrap a length of shoelace tightly around several times at the base of your private parts. This keeps your testicles from sliding back up into your body cavity. **2. Lay the sheath down flat, so that one tip of the triangle points toward your navel. Slip the testicles through the ring.** Practice makes this much easier. Usually, pull one ball through first, tug a bit of extra skin along with it, then gently push the second one up. If the shoelace is tight enough, the rest should slide through naturally. **3. Next, slip the penis through the ring, and replace the ring in its normal position.** Remove the shoelace before inserting the shaft. I found that squeezing the ring from top to bottom into an oval shape helped keep my testicles secure during this step. Lubricating the shaft might help you slide it in smoothly. You'll likely want to lubricate the inside of the ring once it's on but before spinning it back to its normal round position. **4. Lift the sheath and slide the penis inside.** I found this part tricky without getting too aroused. Lubrication is essential here because the plastic tends to cling. Take your time to get it right; skin bunching up or poking unnecessarily through the air holes can cause some ugly pressure sores if you rush. **5. Place the closing straps and adjust them around the sheath held by the closing rivet** **6. Fix the padlock to the rivet and give your partner the keys.**
I found it very easy to put on. I coated the inside with vaseline and pushed my scrotum through by grabbing it with a paper towel to stop slipping. While holding the scrotum in place, I pushed the balls through from the back, again using a paper towel for grip. The same technique worked well for pulling the penis through. Couldn't be simpler.
