Hello. My Keyholder and I are hoping to start a family, but she is concerned that wearing CB might lead to fertility issues for me… such as a reduced sperm count. Does anyone know if there’s proof that using a belt (I’m currently in Fort Steel) has any negative effect on this?

I find myself in the same boat. Can anyone offer some advice?

We already have one child and are attempting to conceive our second. For about the last year, I've been wearing my Chastity device, mostly 24/7 with breaks every few weeks for a release. During the time we were trying for our first, I wasn't using a chastity device yet. So, while my wife has really embraced the lifestyle and become an increasingly strict keyholder week by week, she's now decided that I shouldn't wear it during our attempt to conceive again. We don't have concrete knowledge about whether there would be any adverse effects on sperm quality, but her preference is simply not to wear it. However, I do sometimes keep the device on during the day just to prevent myself from touching and also to stay ready for when she decides to unlock me! If she gets pregnant soon, I'm confident she'll lock me up for quite a long period.....

we tested our sperm count and found that it varies greatly from day to day. The highest reading was 56 million per ml, while the lowest was just 2. I've been using the pa5000 for about a year now without wasting any sperm.

My girlfriend is also concerned that the ring on my CB6000s might restrict blood flow to my testicles during nighttime erections. She fears this could damage them and render me unable to reproduce. So I wonder if anyone else has ever suffered injury from a CB?

This is the only thread I've come across regarding potential injury, and fortunately it seems settled: check out this community page My wife and I are trying for a baby, and I've been monitoring my sperm counts. It appears that wearing the device actually improves my numbers. This is likely because the hardware holds my testicles further away from my body heat, and those tiny swimmers are very sensitive to temperature.

I believe some minor discomfort can occur, since certain night erections are quite painful and wake me up (especially given that I'm a deep sleeper and require significant stimulus to rouse). However, I haven't noticed any real structural damage. Either way, this is the reason my keyholder had me purchase a full belt.

I'd argue there's no need to worry about blood flow (and consequently your little swimmers) as long as your testicles don't get too cold or turn blue. However, this shouldn't happen if you select the correct size.
