I bought a Birdlocked Classic some time ago and ran into the problem of it slipping off. To address this, I added a metal hose clamp to secure the ring tighter and adapted that clamp so it could hold a padlock; it did the job well enough. If I put in extra effort, I could pull free from it, but once removed, getting it back on would be difficult, and there was no risk of accidental removal or an orgasm while wearing it. That level of security suits me just fine (I wouldn’t mind if someone found a way to make pulling out even tougher). So, I put it on for six days straight. To keep things clean, I paid extra attention during showers and used a small oral syringe to spray water through the vents. Unfortunately, that approach didn’t quite work out. Today I had to take it off because my skin became dry, terribly itchy, and developed a slight rash. Does anyone here know of an effective method for maintaining cleanliness without triggering that itchiness?

To be honest, this is the only real complaint I have with it. Nighttime erections aren’t exactly comfortable but they don’t bother me too much. The skin poking through the holes would occasionally get mildly irritated, nothing severe, and there was enough wiggle room to adjust things slightly. This is my first proper chastity device (I briefly tested an Exobelt Extreme before, but that thing felt like a puzzle designed to bite you if assembled correctly—all sharp edges and pinching). So far, I’m quite pleased with it overall. If I can just solve this one issue, I’ll be very happy.

Hello! Your post is a bit older now, but I’m curious to know if you ever resolved that problem. I’ve encountered the exact same issues with this specific device; after wearing it for three days, I developed a nasty and painful rash. Like you, I tried numerous methods to keep the area clean without success. However, I did read somewhere that some people have skin sensitivities specifically related to silicone devices, so perhaps the cause isn't hygiene at all?
