I just wanted to share some details about my piercing journey. I was a bit hesitant at first, even though I had gotten a nipple ring years back. It felt like an odd spot for jewelry.

Over the past year, after several chastity gadgets didn’t perform as hoped, I started considering either one or… well, most options seemed to require a puncture. Then iltep999 posted this video on xtube. Since it’s his only upload there, you can find it easily. It blew my mind. That was the click moment for me: yes, get a puncture.

So in January, I headed off to get my Frenum Puncture after confirming with Ms Lori that I could wear such a device (yes…), and then visiting the specialist. If you’re nearby in southern Germany near Sinsheim, check out sin-a-matic. It took some guts, but when it came down to it—forms filled out, chat done, pants down on the table—the verdict was “no, we can’t do it.” I’d had a partial circumcision as a kid, and either that or natural anatomy meant there wasn’t enough tissue for this specific spot. Lesson learned: bodies have limits; listen to the experts.

Feeling a bit deflated but thoughtful, I left. A week later, I called up wanting the Prince Albert puncture instead. Glad I did; she said they need to measure from the base of the glans to the tip while erect so they pick the right jewelry size. Another lesson: ask what data is needed beforehand because I was essentially a novice there.

I measured, booked it, and went back. Sitting in that chair made me nervous. This was it. And I absolutely despise needles. I wanted the largest starting gauge available for initial placement—2.4mm or 10 ga—because going straight to 8 ga (the minimum size offered by Lori and Steelwerxxx at least) would happen sooner once healed. Plus, research suggested migration risks drop significantly at 8 ga. My nightmare was imagining it slicing open like butter while I slept… typical night fears.

He told me to chill out, and we chatted while he prepped the area with antiseptic. He probably used ten pairs of gloves. Very clean work. Then came the moment: just an uncomfortable pinch. It lasted longer than expected—maybe two seconds of sharp pain compared to a dentist visit—but manageable. I’d choose more punctures over dental work any day.

In went the Circular Barbell (10ga, 20 mm diameter). Then came the less-than-ideal part: I wore boxer shorts. Not ideal because bandages are easier with tight support underwear. Lesson learned again: snug undergarments help not just for heavy chastity tubes but also after a fresh puncture. He managed to use a latex glove as extra support, so all was fine. Quick, easy, not too painful afterward.

I got an antiseptic spray bottle and was told “yes, you can have sex once bleeding stops completely.” Well, that’s optimistic… but do what works for you:lol:

Back home, things looked good. Bleeding stopped quickly; little the next day; no fresh blood by day three.

Getting used to it now. First, I grew fond of tight underwear since they provide better support than loose fabric. The sensation was strange initially as my body adjusted. During week one, I worried about infection, but it turned out just be flesh adapting to a new companion. A slight burning during urination faded after a few days.

Today was stretching day—about 4-6 weeks post-puncture. Same spot, same person. Done quickly. However, the stretch hurt more than the original puncture initially. The needle gave me a dull ache lasting about 20-30 seconds until it passed. Still professional and fast; felt secure with my “host”…

Now I sit here with my 8 ga PA and am very pleased.

Hope this helps those considering the Prince Albert Puncture. It looks sexy, feels comfortable, and healed faster than my nipple ring.

Thanks for sharing that. I am having mine done next Friday and I'm excited. I will ask to have it placed at 8 ga instead of 10 ga, but I'll follow the expert's advice if they suggest otherwise. Looking forward to using the PA5000 properly as designed rather than these ball-trap gadgets.

Young88, you can jump from 10ga straight to 6 ga in one stretching session. That seems like a big change? Looking at the diameter difference between an 8ga and 10ga needle makes it look huge too. But go with your piercer's recommendation. I just ordered my 4ga curved barbell; going from 6ga to 4ga required no additional stretching, though I've worn 6ga for two years now. Good luck and keep it clean, Missy Tanya

I got pierced at 8ga a year ago; everything was fine. Recently I inserted a 6ga piece of jewelry and it slid right in.

Thank you for all your helpful advice. Just a couple more days to go. My wonderful wife offered to drive me there and back—I guess she wants to make sure I don't chicken out—and if I feel poorly afterward, it ensures I won't have an accident driving home. Saline soaks morning and night!! What fun.

The procedure is complete! It was much easier than expected; the doctor used local anesthesia, which was all I felt. Seven hours in with only minor bleeding. The first pee wasn't fun when I had to remove the dressing and the ring shifted around. I hope for a good night's sleep and to get through tomorrow smoothly. The ring size is 8 gauge—a bit large due to my penile head shape according to the doctor. He advised stretching to 6 ga as soon as healing finishes to reduce pressure on the hole while wearing the PA5000. He measured the puncture using the PA5000 itself to ensure alignment for comfort. In short, very happy with it.

I had my P.A. done about ten years ago. Due to wear and regular use, mine went from 8ga up to 6 ga, and now finally to a 4ga. If I take the ring out, I feel naked. But once healed, welcome to a world of new sensations—well, provided you get the chance.

It's been over two weeks now with no discomfort at all; tight underpants are a blessing given the 30mm diameter ring. The piercer advised against switching to smaller diameters unless done via cannula to avoid internal damage. I want to go to a smaller diameter and 6 ga before I get locked into the PA5000 permanently. I saw a brilliant modification of a CB6000 for PA on a Google group. Basically, you cut off the collar of the tube, drill a hole for the PA ring, and use a locking PA ring quite simply. Apparently very comfortable and secure. I will post a photo in the Chastity Related gallery section titled 'Cb6000 Mod For PA'. I plan to make these modifications myself since I no longer need the CB#### sitting in my cupboard.

Sorry, forgot to mention where to find the PA locking ring.

Just a heads-up for other newbies like me. During one short phase we removed the puncture entirely (it was out for four days). Afterward, we couldn't get it back in at all! Had to visit the piercer again and it really hurt—it felt like they had to stretch it from 10ga down to 8 ga again. They recommended not leaving a PA puncture open too long. No problem with ears, but for PAs, extended removal can be problematic. So we will keep a placeholder ready.

It has been four weeks since I was pierced; I have now removed the 8 ga ring and fitted the PA5000. It has been locked by my lovely wife (and keyholder) for the past 24 hours. Sliding the PA5000 pin through the hole and out the end was a mind-blowing experience! Wow, don't get too excited—it really hurts! I guess the puncture is being stretched! You must control yourself. It will surely improve over time. I plan to move up from 8 ga to 6 ga in the next few weeks since I am sure the PA5000 will stretch it naturally anyway. With the PA5000 locked, it's a whole different game because you realize this thing isn't coming off without keys (without hurting yourself).

Maybe I went in too early! After my salt bath this morning, I noticed blood leaking from the hole. The PA5000 was unlocked and removed, so I'm back to a ring while it heals more. Darn!

Four weeks seems like long enough for the puncture to heal. Personally, when we tried the PA5000, we found that as the penis went erect or flaccid, it constantly pulled on the piece passing through the hole, ripping the skin. The concept of the PA5000 was good, but in practice, it just didn't work for us mainly due to this issue.

member_5ef7b191a6 8 Sept 2026 #14

Your advice is correct. Closer examination revealed my PA hole had stretched further out, so I gave it a helping hand and have now stretched to the 6 ga ring. I will stay with this 6 ga ring for another four weeks before trying the PA5000 again. This course of action results from previous posts noting that the PA5000 is more successful with larger gauge punctures and longer healing times. If that doesn't work, maybe it's back to looking at other PA-based devices. What solution did you eventually settle on?

Keep in mind that a "healed" PA is not necessarily ready for the pressures applied when wearing a PA-style chastity device. My PA is six years old and I use the 4 gauge hook. It's typically slightly tender after nights of nocturnal erections...
