I’m done hiding in the shadows -

OK, my punishment has ended. I’m glad to greet everyone here!

I’ve been touring various Chastity Forums across the web, and this one feels particularly nice and social—just right. While other places are pleasant enough, there’s a subtle sparkle and buzz here that others seem to lack.

As the title suggests, I am gay (as long as I can remember). My interest in chastity is fairly vanilla; I’ve toyed with exploring it for about ten years without ever fully acting on my fantasies. My partner of over eight years doesn’t see much value in Chastity and calls me “weird” when I bring it up. I call him my “Reluctant Keyholder,” though he’s more than just reluctant—he refuses to play that role or offer any support. It’s not the end of the world, but it is disappointing nonetheless.

Aside from that, I’m quite happy in my relationship and look forward to waking up next to him every morning. I truly love him, am committed to him, and trust him completely. I really want him to be my Keyholder.

Honestly, I’m a generally content guy, just dealing with some frustration regarding the key situation. If I start a thread in the Vault section, I’ll elaborate more on trying to persuade my Reluctant Keyholder. I think taking things slow and easy is probably the way forward. Maybe eventually…

Hi Brian. Nobody really seems to embrace chastity right away when it's first mentioned; it’s kind of weird wanting to be locked up and controlled. Give your friend some time and take things slowly—he might come around to the idea. Good luck in your conquest.

I really appreciate that.:anim_19: I'm off to work (groan... dealing with problems today)... but it's a pretty day outside, so maybe I'll spend some time in the fall air when it warms up a bit and handle phone messages on the patio from my cell.
