My sub keeps messaging me at work about sex or our games. I usually find it charming and amusing, but when I’m in a meeting or trying to focus, it can be incredibly annoying. I know I could silence my phone, yet without it, I feel disconnected. I realize that since he’s been locked up in his cage, he feels the frustration and is always thinking about sex, but he needs to understand that isn’t how I am all the time. So now I’ve made it clear: for every text message he sends me that seems trivial or unimportant, an extra day gets added to his release date. Let’s see if this controls his libido better. If not, I’ll raise the stakes.

I honestly doubt it will curb his libido, but who cares! In the worst-case scenario, he just finds another way to express himself, and then you can punish him for that annoyance too.
