We had an attachment added to the end to prevent the penis from sliding out past the tip. Unfortunately, we made an error with the measurements and want to cut our losses while we still can. Here are the specs: The Teste Ring 1-5/8” ID actually measures at 1-3/4” The spiral length from the back of the ring to the tip is 2-1/4” The inner diameter of the ring is 1-1/16” It comes with two keys.
