My partner and I have been exploring options for a device. Besides, if you want a cage that accommodates your full erection rather than restricting it completely, wrapping a sock around it might as well be what happens anyway. Hi Wilson - The 2000 is an excellent choice for long-term wear due to its open design. You won’t need to take it out to clean it. The other models (3000, 6000, curve) are closed plastic tubes and tend to get smelly after a few days. Some men manage by getting swabs and water inside them, then drying with a hair dryer, but that’s a bit of a chore. The longest I wore my 2000 was 66 days straight without removing it at all. It's easy to wash soap and water through the open design, and not difficult to dry afterward. That solid ring advice is good too. But you will need to smooth out the inside of them. The plastic rings that slide over the penis and balls have a slight ridge on the interior left from the molding process. This ridge can become very irritating to the skin under the scrotum, causing a burning sensation. Get some sandpaper and smooth the ring down. Start with about 200 grit then work up through 400 grit, 800 grit, and polish it off with 1200 grit. Once that ridge is gone and the inside of the ring is slick, you can wear your CB as long as you like without any irritation.
