A few weeks back I was posting to find a Keyholder. I started talking with an excellent Mistress, and at first it seemed like we were building something lovely. However, after more discussion and some thought time, the Mistress felt she couldn’t meet all that was asked of her. I respected her honesty for this, and also realized I needed to step back to reflect on my own heart and soul regarding this lifestyle as a 24/7 commitment. This month has been both painful and enlightening, difficult yet hopeful. I am learning more about myself: a good servant bound in chastity should not offer himself out of weak desire, but from inner personal strength. My personality’s strength comes from knowing my submission isn’t that of a non-thinking doormat, but stems from a rational mind aware its place is best under the authority of a dominant woman. By offering myself up, I am asking you to help fulfill my calling in life—to bring clarity into a world that tries to demand I be dominant simply because I’m male. I can’t change society, but I can live the life I was born for… which means offering myself wholly to my Mistress, first through matters of chastity, and hopefully more as our relationship grows. All I have to offer is this imperfect specimen, who desires with his whole heart to live in chastity and submission to Another. One who longs to grow and perfect the offerings of my life to You, becoming a pleasing example of the efforts You invest in me.
