“Probably I just didn’t scrutinize it closely enough, but I find it hard to believe that maid_carrie has an album with pictures of one the most original CBs I have ever seen and it appears no-one has commented on it. I have seen it before years ago and remember staring at it like a rabbit trapped in headlights. The thing fascinates and intrigues me invoking both a wish to be in one and if I’m honest its scares me too. You know what I mean. The rational side is saying NO WAY and that thing in your lower belly that when desire is taking over … SQUIRMS. Are there any other comments on this anywhere on CM? the referenced community page”
"Thank you filltee for the comment and drawing attention to the album. It can be found here the referenced community page Carrie"
"Thank you Carrie I should have thought of adding the link hon."
"I have seen those images on Fetlife before and would absolutely love to be able to find a device like that. However, as I understand it, the device is a one of a kind custom job. Something riveted and permanent is so incredibly hot to me, even as I wish I was loose from my CB6000s. Thanks for sharing them here so I could enjoy them once more."
"I was discussing those pictures with a sub some time ago after having posted them here in one of my albums (all lost after the site was upgraded) the upshot of the conversation was, that he had such rivets and the tool for "popping" them. I thought perhaps they could be used on a multitude of Ball trap devices that incorporate a post with a hole for a padlock hasp. naturally, I convinced him to rivet his own device closed and it worked very well. I thought it looked much neater having the little rivet there, he said that it felt lighter and more secure and that it was nice not having a padlock bouncing around there all the time. In order to remove it he had to use an electric drill and a lot of care. I'll try and find a picture of his own one when I get home. In the meantime I hope to see some pictures of your own devices riveted shut and posted in this thread. xx A"
"It's called pop-rivetting. The tools are readily available in any local hardware store and are inexpensive. Back shortly before I lost faith in my CB6KS, I was tempted to try it. I've since upgraded to a Mature Metal Queen's Keep with a security screw. But the pop-rivet is beginning to call again!:-) Sei"
"Steel pop rivets can be used ...which would be much harder to drill out."
"ooh, fancy having to use a drill so close to your clittie, i dreads to think what wud happen if it slipped, eeeeek."

Mascara^Snake's pix (now gone) of a riveted device would mean drilling out even more delicate, pointing right at the roots of the nuts. But pix are still on Fetlife - look up Keyholder51 there.
"i wud have a look but Mistress dont let me go on there. curtsy. but Mistress Amanda did send me some pics ages ago."
"I saw this and felt like a rabbit trapped in headlights. I still have trouble tearing myself myself away. With the right woman in the right relationship if it were to give her pleasure for me to do so I'd wear it, or perhaps something a little less open, or even entirely closed. One made in surgical quality steel would be aesthetically far more appealing. The vary nature of the way this fastens would certainly mean it wasn't comming off very often at all. And who would you trust to do all the drilling? Has me wondering if the same kind of rivet would work on my adapted Fort."

"Someone else who has been rivetted..."
"Rivets are very symbolic, but could be replaced by a small amount of epoxy glue smeared onto the locking pins. The lock would need to be attached only for the length of time the glue needed to fully set, after that it would be totally unnecessary as the device would be permanently in place. And using an angle grinder to cut the whole device off would be hazardous!"
