My spouse and I sometimes use a CB2000, but she dislikes how the ring attaches since it’s one solid piece. She also doesn’t like her scrotum and testicles pulling through it. I recall that for some time the CB line offered hinged rings, but they seem to have stopped making them with hinges now. Could anyone suggest a device with a base hinge that makes it easy to put on? Thanks.
The hinged rings were likely phased out from the CB line because they caused issues for some users where the hinge would rub and irritate the underside of the scrotum. The solution was the current design on the CB6000, which is a sort of three-quarter ring. It works excellently and is very easy to put on and take off. I know there are many devices with hinges, and some people add a small piece of rubber tubing over the hinge to reduce chafing. shows an image of the 6000 rings for your reference. Hope this helps.
