Berlin disappoints any man who expects the city's reputation to do his searching for him. Nothing here is scandalous and nothing is impressive, which strips the whole business down to whether two people want the same thing. Terms get raised early and plainly, frequently in a language that is the second one for both of them. A large share of the pool arrived within the last five years, so being new to the city is unremarkable, and being new to all of this is very nearly as ordinary.

Posts come from Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain and the west of the city. People lead with their quarter of the city because in a search it decides more than anything else they could tell you about themselves.
